Barbara’s focus within Fife is to increase the region’s potential to become Scotland’s location of choice for Low Carbon business investment and to expand the capacity of the region’s business community to compete in this growing sector.

She is currently Vice Chair of the Scottish Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Association (SHFCA) and responsible for the coordination of East Coast Renewables which is an alliance of Local Authorities across the East Coast of Scotland which aims to maximise the economic impact of the renewables sector.
