Stephen Livens

Policy Manager for Product Assurance

Stephen Livens is the Policy Manager for Product Assurance and Supply Chain working within the Policy team of the British Beer and Pub Association (BBPA). The BBPA is a leading trade organisation representing the UK’s brewing and pub sector and whose members account for 95% of the beer volume produced within the UK and now half of the nations pubs. At BBPA, Stephen is responsible for representing the interests of the BBPA membership in many scientific and technical issues that affect the industry today, including; asset management and supply chain including logistics and distribution, food safety for pubs and breweries, product assurance, labelling and raw materials and health and safety. Stephen is also involved in helping to drive the BBPA’s beer and wholesomeness agenda.
