CLOCS is an industry led initiative aiming to achieve a visionary change in the way work related road risk is managed across the UK. Construction vehicles are overrepresented in vulnerable road user fatal accident statistics and CLOCS aims to address this by improving vehicle safety through design and manufacturing; addressing the imbalance between on-site health and safety and work related road safety; and encouraging wider adoption of best practice through a single common national standard.
