With more than 25 years’ experience in operations and business change-management, Ian’s priorities exist around achieving market leadership for DHL Supply Chain in becoming the safest, most efficient, most customer-focused transport business in the logistics industry. Amidst a backdrop of an increasing focus towards the logistical issues faced by the UK’s cities, Ian leads DHL Supply Chain’s work in developing new safe, clean, and quiet urban logistics solutions, working collaboratively with city transport authorities and other key stakeholders to support the development of city freight strategies and the delivery of innovative solutions to these challenges.
