Head of Policy North of England, Freight Transport Association

Malcolm is responsible for the Road Network Management Policy for the Freight Transport Association with a role to encourage those in power to adopt policies that will ensure that the UK has a road transport network that allows for the reliable and efficient movement of goods and services. As policy leader for the association in the North of England, Malcolm has been involved with the concept of Transport for the North since the original proposals came into place by lobbying to see that freight and logistics has a voice in the development of freight routes that would best benefit the northern economy.
