Sean has worked in operational logistics for more than 30 years. Serving in the British Army for over 20 years, his experience in delivering novel transport and logistics solutions in worldwide locations under the harshest of conditions is considerable. Sean left the Army in 2008 having commanded his Regiment and been awarded the MBE for his services to major operations.
Joining Wilson James Limited as Operations Director, he led the development team that created the Construction Logistics Integrator contract at Heathrow supporting their highly complex 6 year construction programme. Having successfully grown Wilson James aviation sector, his remit expanded to the development of strategic logistics solutions for a wide variety of clients. These include the aviation, nuclear and offshore industries all of which face challenges in supporting construction and allied activities in their complex and secure environments. Sean is now applying similar thinking to the complexity of moving construction materials into increasingly congested urban environments.
